SRCUS Debate

Each year as part of the Southeast Management School program, students participate in a structured academic debate focused on an issue of importance to the credit union industry. The debate topic is selected during the prior year and students who are in their second and third years of the program form debate teams. Teams conduct research prior to returning to SRCUS the next year, and then spend time on site meeting as a team to formulate their arguments. The formal debate takes place towards to the end of the program each year and is something that students always look forward to; the winning team is announced at graduation.
